During the nineteenth century, advances to the printing press increased its productivity, resulting in print becoming more affordable and accessible to the working class. What could only be admired before could now be utilized as a means of storytelling.
We’ve come a long way since those days and while the medium has had further advances, the means of storytelling has stayed the same—the written word, whether it’s physically printed in a book, or shared by electronic means, continues to be an impactful way of sharing one’s story.
Studio Griffin, LLC, was started in 2015, by award-winning author Ruth E. Griffin. After eight years of writing and publishing her own books, Ruth decided to utilize the knowledge she gained to help writers realize their dreams of becoming published. Thus, the company was birthed, providing not just her expertise in writing and publishing, but also her first love, design.
In the years since, Studio Griffin, LLC, has helped a variety of authors from different walks of life share their stories in written form and make an impact in the communities around them.
Now, with more authors opting to retain creative control of their work, Studio Griffin, LLC, has shifted its model to that of Creative Partner to the Indie Author.
Our mission, however, remains the same: to give every author a chance to succeed by producing a polished, professional book that will serve as a tool and a bridge to help them tell the stories and share the visions in their hearts.
